1. Information We Collect
SoftAge Systems, Inc. processes account, administrative, and clinical operational data necessary to deliver the ZenXHealth platform services to healthcare organizations.
2. Protected Health Information (PHI) & HIPAA
All patient demographics, medical chart notes, e-prescriptions, and lab diagnostic records are classified as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA regulations and are protected using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
3. Data Sharing & Sub-processors
We do not sell customer or patient data. Data is shared exclusively with authorized sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers and e-prescribing networks) strictly as required to perform clinical platform services.
