ZenXHealth is a clinical operating platform developed and operated by SoftAge Systems, Inc. (www.softage.com).
1. Information We Collect
SoftAge Systems, Inc. processes account, administrative, and clinical operational data necessary to deliver the ZenXHealth platform services to healthcare organizations.
2. Protected Health Information (PHI) & HIPAA
All patient demographics, medical chart notes, e-prescriptions, and lab diagnostic records are classified as Protected Health Information (PHI) under HIPAA regulations and are protected using AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
3. Data Sharing & Sub-processors
We do not sell customer or patient data. Data is shared exclusively with authorized sub-processors (such as cloud hosting providers and e-prescribing networks) strictly as required to perform clinical platform services.
4. Account deletion
If you have a ZenXHealth staff or clinic administrator login and want that account deleted, email our privacy officer at info@softage.com from the email address on the account. Include your full name and the clinic name. We will delete or de-identify your personal login data within a reasonable period after verifying the request. Organization (clinic) records, patient data held for your clinic, and shared operational data are handled under the clinic's agreement with SoftAge and may require a separate request from an authorized clinic administrator.
