ZenXHealth is a clinical operating platform developed and operated by SoftAge Systems, Inc. (www.softage.com).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing the ZenXHealth platform services, your clinic or healthcare organization agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. Use of the product is subject to your order or subscription agreement with SoftAge Systems, Inc..
2. Clinical & Patient Data Responsibility
Customer retains all right, title, and interest in and to Customer Personal Data and Protected Health Information (PHI). SoftAge Systems, Inc. processes such data strictly in accordance with applicable HIPAA Business Associate Agreements (BAA) and Data Processing Addendums.
3. Platform Access & User Credentials
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your clinic user credentials and for enforcing role-based access control and multi-factor authentication for your staff members.
